Whitelisted

Hello,
today I wanted to play on this server again, but i cant because I'm not white-listed.
I'm not that good with SMP or stuff like that, but I have the question: Why can't i play like normal?
I havn't griefed anything or did anything against the rules.

That's all, please correct me if i wrote anything wrong, I'm not that good at English.

I also cannot get on due to the whitelist, and i wasnt griefing either
